Get Off Your Glass and Do Something
We are a little preoccupied with glass recycling these days…for obvious reasons. But we’re not the first to do it and, thankfully, we won’t be the last. There are some really interesting uses for glass happening around the country.
We’ve previously covered how wineries in Chelan are using recycled crushed glass for pathways around their vineyards.

A company in Vermont is creating a foam glass gravel product made from glass powder (that’s made from crushed glass) and is free from petrochemicals and formaldehyde.
What other interesting uses or products have you seen? And if you have or are currently participating in the Orcas Glass Challenge, don’t forget to send your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
