Used Cooking Oil

The Exchange started accepting Used Cooking Oil in the spring of 2014. We collect it from households and restaurants and it is recycled into bio-fuel by an off-island company. We plan to one day upgrade our UCO service to the point where we can refine fuel for our own vehicles on site!
